Lee Blizman

Lee Blizman, recently retired from over 26 years of service with the City of Farmington Hills, has spent her career with hands-on experience with zoning issues. She is respected by municipal officials, developers and business leaders as the consummate professional.

Jonathan Brateman

In addition to his 22 years of brokerage experience, Jonathan Brateman served as a member of the Southfield Zoning Board of Appeals for three and one-half years and as a member of the Southfield City Council for four years. He also chaired the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Novi Chamber of Commerce for five years during which time he played an active role, working with the City of Novi on amending the Non Center Commercial (NCC) ordinance.
